THE CONSULTATION – YOUR RESET POINT
We begin with 3 consultation calls, we discuss current mindset towards your desired goal, nutrition and training.
I then audit the information and data gathered in our consultation calls and prepare a strategic plan of action. We will uncover exactly what has been the driving force in what’s been keeping you stuck for so long, then, we move, we execute your plan to perfection and get you into the the shape of your life.
In order for the programme to be as effective as can be, I need brutal honesty from you during this initial stage.
- 1-1 high performance mentorship directly with myself. Real conversations, real accountability, no fluff.
- Mindset reprogramming framework - Break the loops that have held you back, rewire how you think, act and execute.
- Personalised training system designed for elite physical conditioning. Together we choose frequency P/W and session durations to fit in with your schedule.
- Nutrition strategy, based on your goals, sustainable, disciplined and highly effective.
- Daily Micro accountability. You will be receiving WhatsApp messages, voice notes and videos on a daily basis that way I can get precision tracking and feedback daily.
- Fortnightly Zoom calls, progress check ins and a chance to recalibrate.
- Ongoing support and analysis, capturing data from progress, form, energy levels, an adaptive system that evolves with you in real time.
