About Me

I found a love and passion for physique development and self development from an early age. I absolutely loved the idea of becoming the greatest version of myself I could possibly be.

Throughout the 16 years I have been training, I had tried and failed time after time, achieving fairly decent results but then falling into the same traps that tend to trap most men.

Comfort, pleasure, coping mechanisms and bad habits led me to self sabotage and undo all the hard work I had put in.

After this repeat cycle for years and years I found myself at a very low point. Unable to identify why I wasn’t living up to the potential I knew I had, I didn’t know why my words didn’t align with my actions, I headed on a downward spiral until I hit a brick wall mentally and decided enough was enough.

I was living a double life, a conflict in identity. I was not the man I thought I was. I was not the man who would be able to take me to the heights I wanted to reach.

Josh Durkin is a Qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer.

I had to become Josh Durkin 2.0, I had to step into the identity of the man I knew I could be, before I even got there.

I stripped it all back, I became a blank canvas. I was time to be honest with myself, I made myself accountable for every single thing in my life and the position I was in.

I stopped the blame game, I stopped the devalued self talk, I stopped the limited self beliefs and I took my life by the fucking balls.

Fast forward, to now.

The strongest, leanest, most productive disciplined man not only have I ever been, this is my life now, I operate in this frequency effortlessly because I’ve proven to myself this is where I belong.

I have so much respect for myself and trust in my word. I stand on my business and I choose purpose over pleasure on a daily basis.

In a world where I see so many other men, stuck in cycles of self sabotage just like I was, I took it upon myself to make a real impact through my own story, through my own failures and wins, through my own trials and tribulations and I have put every ounce of effort into my new venture and I am so excited to see the people who choose me as their mentor, turn into the man they were born to be.’
